Responsive Research Seed Grants (RRSG) are intended to support activities required to advance competitive research proposals, such as performing preliminary work and facilitating collaboration. It is expected that a competitive proposal for an impactful project will be submitted to an external funding organization within a year of the completion of the Research Seed Fund period. Research Seed Fund proposals should classify the program and agency to which a future proposal will be submitted. This instrument is mainly designed to support faculty members to embark on a high impact research career.
